This is a great clean intimate facility. They have all of the modern equipment that you need to have a successful work out. They have several treadmills, barbells, weightlifting equipment and much more. They even offer personal training and almost 24 hour access to the gym. The only small thing is that the water fountain does not put out enough water to properly fill your bottle. And I don't drink Dasani which was offered from a vending machine. So bring your own water bottles in my opinion. Worth coming to get a nice workout with a large crowd.

This is such a great find! I was delighted to learn when I signed up that I would be getting two complimentary personal training sessions. Such a bargain, especially since the monthly membership is affordable. The owner signed me up and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Louis was my trainer during the complimentary sessions. He showed me all sorts of great workouts and was attentive and caring. I highly recommend Louis as a personal trainer. The gym itself has all sorts of great equipment and the people there are great. There is a separate room with boxing equipment and a mirror. If I feel like having some privacy I go there and workout. Overall a 5 star establishment...read full review

Excellent gym with a personal touch, Jeff has been been very accommodating and constantly working to get me to up my game. Very friendly staff who get to know the clients quickly. The range of ages who come to workout is great which shows that all are comfortable here. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a new gym.
