“The staff here is incredible! My son had his first powerlifting meet & had no idea what to do or expect. Everyone there took him under their wings & helped him prepare both mentally & physically for this competition. Because of the people at this gym, what we thought was going to be an awful experience (& a 1 & done competition) turned into one of the best experiences my son ever had. They all cheered for his success like he was part of their family. I wish we lived closer otherwise we would make this our gym. Anyone in the area looking for a friendly & helpful environment to work out with knowledge staff, should definitely check this gym out.“

“Obsessed with this gym.Long story short: If you love working out, don't love a crowded box gym, and want a friendly fitness community vibe with ample space to get your own workout in, this is for you!I'm a trainer and was visiting the area for a month. Although N.E.X.T. is a 25 minute drive from where I'm staying, I'm happy to make the drive. This facility is the best and it's been the part of my day I look forward to the most.FACILITY: The facility is massive and has everything you need. 1 part weight lifting area with all the machines (this is the busier area), 1 part green turf area for mobility, sleds, doing your own thing, and 1 part crossfit room (that you can use when class is not in session because extra foam rollers, bands, benches are in there), and 1 part powerlifting area, but that area is for powerlifters only. Whatever you're into fitness wise, you can find it here.PARKING: giant parking lot you'll be fine!VIBEZ: I've seen ALL age ranges and athletic capabilities :)I know that weight rooms in general can be intimidating for some, but everyone truly is friendly here.BONUS: there's a smoothie bar by the owners that is delicious! Gotta check the hours, but if you catch it, great post workout re-fuel“

“Tyler is a phenomenal personal trainer, and I only have positive things to say.I worked with Tyler for about 8 months. My goal with personal training was to bridge the gap between physical therapy and my own independent workout routine. He did a fantastic job modifying exercises to accommodate my back injury, and I experienced the biggest reduction in pain since I started sessions with Tyler.Finding a personal trainer who knows and respects your limitations while simultaneously pushing you to improve as much as possible each session is incredibly difficult and worth its weight in gold.Aside from Tyler's valuable expertise, the rate per session is great. Very affordable when compared to personal trainers in general and in the surrounding market.What a mensch.Thank you, Tyler.“

“One on one fitness is an awesome place to train if you’re looking to start your fitness journey. It is a cozy place with great trainers.I personally worked with trainer Corey and got amazing results. My goal was to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass and that’s exactly what I achieved with Corey’s guidance. He provided me with a nutrition guide and excellent routines. He helped me perfect form and feel more confident with my movements.At the end of these 12 weeks training with Corey I feel stronger and more agile than ever before in my life.I would highly recommend training at one on one fitness if you’re wanting to get started with your fitness journey and if you want attainable and sustainable results.“

“The Westfield yoga Center really lives up to its name.Sally and Tom are such inviting and warm people that it’s easy to want to come back very week! Sally teaches yoga in a beautiful way that even in the beginner level you can feel the sense of connection/unity of mind, body, and “time bound consciousness” as she says. They aren’t just teaching yoga, they are living the yogic lifestyle and inviting people in the community to share in it.The long and short of it is I highly recommend.“

“I've tried other gyms and always quit within the first month or two. The gym is usually not crowded but there are always people working out. I have never had to wait for a piece of equipment. A major focus of PF is a notion they call No Critics. Don't look for a scale...you won't find one at any PF gym. I live their website which is full of optional workouts and fitness advice. I would recommend getting the Black Card membership. It includes limitless massage chair or Hydro bed. I am getting older and a 10 minute massage after a good workout leaves me feeling invigorated for the rest of the day.“

“Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews but I have no issues with this gym. The staff is extremely nice, professional and the gym is always kept up to par. Natasha from the front desk always greets all members with a good morning, afternoon and eager to assist with any issues. Nothing is perfect due to some of the gym members not taking care of the equipment and constantly leaving trash in parts of the facility but I do see the employees doing their best to keep it as clean as possible. I highly recommend joining this gym without hesitation. ??“
