Planet Fitness is a gym with a clean facility and friendly staff. The gym has plenty of parking and is never too busy in the cardio area. The equipment is clean, and there are many machines to use. However, some reviewers noted that the equipment is older compared to other locations. The staff is helpful, but some customers have experienced poor customer service, such as unresponsive emails and a lack of assistance for seniors. The locker room has limited changing rooms, and there have been issues with the Wi-Fi and availability of paper towels. Despite some drawbacks, Planet Fitness is a great place to work out for those who want to focus on their fitness without distractions.
One word, community. The gym environment in Bloomfield, CT is a perfect blend of intermediate to advanced level (former and current) athletes. Super nice staff and modern gym equipment that's constantly evolving. I wanted to keep this gym a secret for a while now, but I the cat's out the bag now!
I’m very satisfied with Planet Fitness. The overall cleanliness of the gym is excellent; the equipment and common areas are kept clean on a regular basis. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever you have a question or need assistance, they genuinely take the time to help and try to find a solution. The atmosphere is comfortable and motivating, which makes working out much more enjoyable. I can confidently recommend this gym to both beginners and regular gym-goers. Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication.
I had a great experience at Planet Fitness thanks to Ashley and Junior. They were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and provided excellent customer service. It's always nice to be greeted by staff who genuinely care about creating a positive environment. Ashley and Junior are a great asset to the team, and their professionalism and kindness made my visit even better. Thank you both for the outstanding service!
