“Nice facility. We are from out of town and recently attended an event here. They have a snack bar and drink machine. The only issue was their bathrooms were only for actual members. If someone traveled over an hour to get to this facility, I would think a restroom should be available to anyone attending. Someone should truly reconsider this need, especially for elderly visitors or children.”
“I have been training with coach Andreas one-on-one since 2014. When I was pregnant a few years ago my doctor cleared me to continue my training, and Andreas and Deb modified my workout accordingly at each stage of my pregnancy. I was able to continue training up to my due date, which made it so much easier to get back into training once the doctor released me after delivery. My strength goals are always a priority here, and my concerns are always considered when designing my workouts.”
“I've been a walker and silver sneakers participant for years until my rheumatoid arthritis started acting up. Had to stop it all. Went to an open house at A Lasting Fitness and didn't see any equipment I could possibly use. Boy oh boy was I wrong. I decided to try one training session and see how I liked it. I've been going ever since. I'm working with my trainer Zach who is an A+. He knows exactly what my arthritic body needs. Every week we do a little more. I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I'm even walking on my own which I haven't been able to do for a long time. A Lasting Fitness and Zach will remain in my life for the foreseeable future.”
