“I have been training with coach Andreas one-on-one since 2014. When I was pregnant a few years ago my doctor cleared me to continue my training, and Andreas and Deb modified my workout accordingly at each stage of my pregnancy. I was able to continue training up to my due date, which made it so much easier to get back into training once the doctor released me after delivery. My strength goals are always a priority here, and my concerns are always considered when designing my workouts.“
“I trained w/ Brian from last May 2022 thru early 2023. Not only was he great to work with, he is encouraging, knowledgeable, funny and straightforward. He makes training/working out fun and worthwhile. I learned a lot and continue to put into practice what he taught me (from what I can remember). He would fit me into his schedule 9/10 times, even on short notice. If he couldn't, I would go to PF or take a night off. The only reason I stopped going was a financial one. When I started, I was in a better financial position. But as time went on, my situation changed. He and Joni were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I'm hoping to continue with Brian in the near future once my situation changes. I have a trip planned for March 2023 that I need to be in shape for. I highly recommend Body Physics.“
“I've been attending Megan's classes for about a year. My first Pilates mat class left me feeling invigorated, not only in body but in mind as well. Megan made me feel comfortable and like I found a new friend. Another client mentioned her gentle corrections and I totally agree. She has a way of making corrections so you don't feel publically humiliated. So, as a beginner, she encouraged me to keep reaching for the next set of exercises. I've also taken Yoga with Megan, and always left her class feeling stretched and relaxed. I love how she ends the class with a few minutes of quiet, reflective time. “I started training in March of 2022. Whether you are young or old, a serious competitor or just looking to get back in shape, Professor Luigi and his team have created an excellent atmosphere to learn BJJ. The depth in all belt levels is important too....there are many upper level belts (including MANY black belts) that are more then willing to teach newer students. I was welcomed on my first day with fist bumps and introductions, which I wasn't expecting, but was impressed by how easy going the team appeared. I attend 4-5 days a week now. I wish I had found them 20 years ago. I highly recommend ATT /Kore in CT. They have created a great community. ?“

“I love coming here everyday it feels welcoming and not intimidating. I used to be so anxious to go to the gym because everything looked so complicated and crowded, but this place barely has a lot of people, and when they do have people, everyone's doing their own thing. It's very clean and the equipment seems fairly new. The bathrooms are sparkling. There's nice signs around that say things like "you belong," which actually made me feel better and more motivated. Love it here!“
