I have been training with coach Andreas one-on-one since 2014. When I was pregnant a few years ago my doctor cleared me to continue my training, and Andreas and Deb modified my workout accordingly at each stage of my pregnancy. I was able to continue training up to my due date, which made it so much easier to get back into training once the doctor released me after delivery. My strength goals are always a priority here, and my concerns are always considered when designing my workouts.
I have been training with Andreas and Deb for over 10 years now.Their expertise and professionalism has helped me to build back my strength after multiple surgeries and has allowed me to maintain my fitness for years.Their support in and out of the gym through stressful life events has helped me to maintain my motivation to take care of myself many times even when I have wanted to give up.On one particularly FREEZING cold, dark morning, Andreas voice texted me to confirm that I was on my way to the gym. Had a great workout. I've been into fitness for 20 years and the speed/strength workout was different than anything I've done in the past and I was given the tools to be able to use on my own. Andreas is a great trainer!
