Connecticut Martial Arts

I walked in with my son as a beginner, and left with a new family all on my first day ... Everyone is so helpful, and motivating. Even the little guys!! Grand master Steve, master Roxanne and master Jared are patient, and truly inspiring. I went in with no intentions of weight loss, and I’ve seen amazing results in less than 4 months. CMA has done wonders for me physically, and has become my therapy..helping me with my mental health. The classes are challenging for me, but I wake up everyday wanting to be there! I’ve seen an incredible change in my son…he’s more confident, he’s focused and constantly wants to be in class. We planted the seed by showing up…and CMA is helping us thrive and grow on so many levels. We highly recommend CMA if you want to challenge yourself both physically and mentally….I promise there’s always someone there to hold your hand through the process. CMA is my safe place 💜 no gimmicks, no pressure, just a positive space filled with absolute positive and inspiring energy.

Highly recommended, great fun and a great way to stay healthy and in shape for the whole family. Having the kids and adults class at the same time is such a blessing, and everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Can’t recommend them enough!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Master Roxanne for the beautiful way in which she worked with Elijah his is autistic and we find a place the his can be him self and be accepted ... we’re really happy 😃 thank you guys so much !
