We contacted several contractors who claimed to specialize in finishing basements however Quality Built Basements seem to stand out amongst the crowd. Bill was amazing from start to finish. He took time to educate us as to why things were being done a certain way and gave us progress updates along the way. When something unexpected caused a delay, he immediately contacted us telling us why. In addition to communicating the aspects and progress of the project, we found Bill and his staff to be extremely neat and professional. We had an entire basement finished and a bathroom installed. Bill did most of the work, and coordinated with the plumber and electrician. It came out beautiful, and added significant value to the house if we ever decide to sell. Bill is very easy to work with.
Reaching out to Bill was one great decision! When he came by to look at our basement space, he quickly envisioned a brighter and more inviting space. Our ranch had a partially finished basement. It had a drop ceiling with florescent lighting and brown(ish) carpeting.
Bill replaced the ceiling with dimmable recessed LED lighting and new appropriate flooring tiles. The flooring is comfortable under your feet and it was extended from the living space into the bathroom and cedar closet. The lighting is vibrant and so modern!
