Regal Nails & Spa, located in Newington, aims to help customers look and feel their best through high-quality beauty services. However, some customers have raised concerns about the cleanliness of the salon, such as a glove being reused during a pedicure. Additionally, there have been issues with the durability and appearance of acrylic nails, which fell off after a week and appeared weakened. The paint job was also criticized for being crooked and allowing the original nail to show through. Lastly, it is suggested that the business updates its listed opening and closing hours, as the stated 5:30pm closing on Sundays is not accurate. Overall, while the salon offers beautiful nail results, there have been concerns about cleanliness, durability, and business hours.
I was hesitant to come at first because it is located in Walmart, but I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff is very nice and professional. Lynn has done my nails a few times now and each time, I absolutely LOVE my designs. I could not be happier with the service. I also believe the price points are reasonable. I would highly recommend stopping by.
I think on your business hours on your page, you should update your open and closing hours. It says open until 5:30pm on Sunday. When I called on Sunday they said they close at 4pm. Thank you.Service: Acrylic nails
Vivian is the best!! I was highly recommended to her to fix my nails for my wedding, she went above and beyond and I have not gone anywhere else since! Prices are affordable and the environment is always positiveServices: Nail art
