My dog was sick they took bella right. The lady meant me in the waiting room and took us right in . They was very professional and understanding in the price was affordable it wasn't two hundred dollars just to walk through the door. Thank you all for your service.
I brought both of my Italian Greyhounds for dental appointments. Dr. Coy is the absolute best, both of my very spoiled Iggy's loved her and are doing great, dentals are so important. Not only is Dr Coy an outstanding Vet, her staff is very accommodating and caring. I recieved calls throughout the procedure updating me on how the procedure was going. I am so glad Dr. Coy and her staff took over the Hartford Veterinary Hospital after Dr. Haines passed continuing with the same high level of care. Fees are throughly explained beforehand and are more than reasonable for the quality of service and care. I highly recommend The Hartford Veterinary Hospital.
Wish I had found them sooner! 🥹 I had to put down my dog of 17 years this March, and the vet, vet tech were incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. They gave us all the time we needed in the room and gently walked us through every step. You could tell they truly cared and were empathetic to what we were going through.
We chose to have my dog cremated and received a copy of her paw print. A week later, the vet sent us a handwritten card, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
I’m so grateful I found them, and if we ever decide to get another dog in the future, we will absolutely return here.
