I was making an appt with him as there was a leak coming from the basement faucet. I placed a tote to catch the water in the meantime and while speaking to him on the phone, he pulled over and walked me through some steps to see if I can fix it and what do you know, it worked! I can now water my newly planted shrubs!

Tony is the BEST! He is easy to get in touch with and always responsive. He came over to our house quickly when we had an emergency water problem which was so appreciated.
