These guys are great! Jay gave us a detailed estimate and explained what they would do and the materials they would use. When the time came, Jay said the dumpster and material would be there either Monday or Tuesday, it was. They were going to start that Wednesday but it rained a couple days so they showed up bright and early that Friday. We had already left for vacation so Jay texted me updates and pictures throughout the day. That afternoon he sent me pictures of our new (completed roof). Said they were cleaned up and done. I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend Modern Roofing. When we got back from vacation I couldn’t find any trace of them being there except for the beutiful job they did. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.

We needed to have our 30 year old roof shingles replaced in preparation for a solar installation. Jay, from Modern Roofing, responded promptly and worked up a detailed proposal. I had received two other estimates and Modern's was the most detailed proposal and was also the best price. I asked Jay if he could move us up sooner on the schedule because of our planned solar work. He was very accommodating and was able to move us forward by three weeks. The crew was amazing and the entire 6,100 square foot roof was completed in only two days. They did a great job protecting our landscaping plants and the clean up was thorough. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism… read full review
When the decision was made to get a new roof, we looked for a roofer that met the following: a price we could afford, an honest assessment of the needs of our roof, and meeting promises made. Jay from Modern Roofing checked all the boxes. He pointed us to neighbors on our street who used them for their house. They told us how pleased they were with the company. Jay, with his assistants, Rex and Sally, stayed in communication with us, went out of his way to bring us shingle samples and dealt with a troublesome gazebo. The roofing crew was polite, and professional. We couldn’t be happier to recommend Modern Roofing.
