I had a root canal and did not even feel the pinch of the needle. My teeth look great. I am so pleased with all the service I got at his office. Very clean and professional. After recently moving to CT I was in need of a new stylist, which can always be a bit nerve wracking. I booked an appointment with Jemma for a haircut to add layers and bangs based on a picture. Pro Style was part of a commercial ad for WTNH( Keith Kountz) and I decided to give it a try. My first visit and I felt comfortable with Octavious to give me a sassy haircut!! He listened to what I wanted , requested a pic of what I wanted( if I had one) and showed me the look as he was completing the steps of the cut. I am beyond pleased with the professionalism, the skill for detail and pleasant personality of this owner. I will be returning and I highly recommend this shop.

Phil's has been in business for 100 years! While the interior doesn't quite reflect that age, it is has an old time feel that really took me back to my childhood. Very comfortable , nothing fancy, atmosphere. I asked for a head shave ( no straight edge though) beard, eyebrow and mustache trim. Carl did an incredible job-truly the absolute best beard trim ever. As my beard lengthens, it gets curly on one side but not the other. Carl has been on the job at Phil's since 1965!!! I told Carl I was 7 years old in 1965 and Patsy Menilllo was cutting my hair back then. Carl chuckled and shook his head. Carl, total pro, wrestled the uneven, mismatched mess into something that I have always had a difficult time receiving: A beautifully structured beard. I will be back in a few weeks for another trim. Total charge: $25.00 I have paid more to have someone (at a chain) trim my beard while watching the Simpsons...not-kidding Credit cards or cash - ATM on site. $2.50 service charge

I could not have had a better experience with Megan at Effortless Beauty. The salon was gorgeous and very clean. Prep time was quick. Megan and her instructor Miranda together mapped out my eyebrows and made sure I was happy with the plan before they started. Megan had such a light hand during the entire process. They kept asking me if I needed numbing cream but I didn't even need it! After she was finished she showed me in the mirror. I was so happy with the immediate results!!! My eyebrows are freaking perfect!!! She gave me this cute little after care bag with everything I need to take care of my eyebrows at home! Today is day 3 since I had my brows done. I am in no pain. They warned me my eyebrows may scab as they heal yadda yadda. These bad boys aren't even scabbing over. They are healing great! I received so many compliments at work yesterday!! Tamara is super sweet, it’s a beautiful and clean set up, and she makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment!! I’ve booked for a mini facial, classic lash set, and have also done microblading with her which all turned out amazing. First off the facial was so relaxing and her voice is so soothing I just fell asleep? … for the microblading it didn’t take too long, she uses numbing cream and will use as many passes as u need. My brows are shaped perfect and should last a long time with proper care!!!

I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.
Came out same day and called to see if they could come earlier which worked out great! Very good communication, issue was fixed along with fixing the pipe sagging and cleaning up mess. Purchased pipe cleaning solution and they explained how to use it. Very happy with our experience.

I have been in the medical field for around 20 years as an EMT/Paramedic and never thought much of chiropractic medicine until I was at a standstill with my back, neck and chronic headaches. I saw many practitioners from several different medical specialties and had more medications thrown at me than one can imagine, as well as surgery suggested more than once. I figured it was time to give chiropractic medicine a go as I was out of options. I wish I hadn't been so narrow minded and wish I had found Dr. Katey sooner! I haven't had a headache in weeks, I can walk and move so much better and haven't had to take any pain medications or muscle relaxers since Dr. Katey started treating me. Just like any medical profession there are good practitioners and bad ones who ruin it for the rest. Dr. Katey is so far beyond excellent in my opinion and is clearly passionate about her profession. Sarah, Dr. Katey's office manager is pretty awesome too and both are super friendly. Don't hesitate... your search has ended... call her!
Dr. Steve DRAMATICALLY sped-up the recovery time of my injured back by working his ‘magic’. My wife and I both visit Dr. Steve when we need ‘straightening-out’.

After ending up with sepsis because other doctors wouldn’t help me figure out my allergy… Dr watsky did allergy testing and has helped me with other contact dermatitis issues. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
My daughter struggled with acne for years, and Dr Goldstein cured her in 7 months, for good. I am now driving an hour again to see Dr Goldstein with my second daughter.

At Fresh Yoga it’s a community not just a yoga studio. The teachers are all great and different in their own ways. I have been going to Fresh for 5 years now and it is by far the best studio I have been to. If looking for a yoga training program I highly recommend Heidi’s Teacher yoga training, not only does she prepare you for teaching but you discover so much more about yourself as well.
This studio has been around for 20 years for a reason: it's a fantastic place to practice original Bikram yoga.The studio is clean and welcoming. I've been practicing for 12 years, and the yoga speaks for itself. The yoga room here is kept at the perfect temperature/humidity for a challenging yet beginner-friendly practice and classes are led by experienced teachers. I especially loved the class taught by Robin, the studio owner of 18 years. The space is also equipped with private changing areas and showers. I even rehydrated after class with a freshly pressed juice.The studio itself is in the basement of the building, but there are plenty of signs to direct you once you're buzzed in the entrance.I'm so happy this community exists here in New Haven, and I can't wait to come back!

The ambience was great the Masseuse was great never had a foot massage but I recommend it. My Massage Therapist was excellent as well the staff was very welcoming. Overall great service looking forward to getting another foot massage in the future! Very relaxing and calming from my visit!

I’m a regular at Elm City Wellness where I’ve had a massage every 2-4 weeks for the past 4-5 years. The only reason I’ve not posted a review is because I didn’t want others to steal my fave massage therapists lol. Now that I’m moving out of CT, Im revealing my secret - I highly recommend Meghan and June for those who love deep tissue massage (or medium-heavy pressure)! They are amazing in the work they do ??
