The doctor was very professional and respectful. He answered all my questions and the procedure was with very minimal pain. I would recommend this place. It was better than I expected!!!

The place is affordable, and that’s the only positive aspect. Beyond that, the lack of professionalism is overwhelming. I had to wait 20–30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, which defeats the purpose of booking in advance. They don’t mark the areas to be treated, resulting in missed spots or incomplete coverage.

They don’t properly stretch areas with folds, such as the labia majora or labia minora. The laser is simply passed over these areas with a large handpiece in all directions, without careful technique, which makes the treatment ineffective and leaves hair behind.
