Nice, neat & clean premise. Ask for Sue. She cut my hair when I walked in. She has outstanding experience and has a lovely nature. We had a small talk on Meditation and religious beliefs. She is friendly and kind. Thank you Grandma.

Carl is THE BEST. A gentleman is the truest sense of the word! He has a long list of loyal customers. You might have to wait for him at busy times, but always worth the wait. The price is right. I've read some of the other reviews. I think they were written by kids who don't remember the old fashion barbershops. There's nothing fancy about Phils on Wall Street. If you want a hair salon, there are plenty of them around. That's not what this is. It's a barber shop.
