Jim (Owner) and his son James did a FANTASTIC job! My floor looks amazing they exceeded my expectations with price and quality. I first requested a refinish of my hardwood floor that had been covered with carpet for over 30yrs and I washed on my hands & knees apparently after all that washing I ruined the floor. Jim sanded a section & showed me one side would be dark & other side lighter even if he were to stain it. I then asked could you possibly replace the floor, he called wood distributor and went out there picked up wood while crew was cleaning & preparing the floor for installation. The floor came out beautifully and I was very happy and Jim said he wanted to make me happy and I was overwhelmed with the professionalism & excellent customer service he provided.Service: Install flooring
