The Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven is a highly recommended veterinary practice. The staff, from the front desk to the veterinarians, are described as incredibly awesome, amazing, and wonderful. The doctors, such as Dr. Courtney and Dr. Lisa MacKay, are praised for their careful, understanding, and knowledgeable care, especially for skittish pets and clients with personal health limitations.
The doctors at the center are compassionate and thorough, with clients praising the care their pets receive. The techs, Mickey and Legend, are known for being kind and efficient, with Legend being the only one able to get hugs and kisses from an anxious senior pup. The staff is excellent at dealing with difficult pets, and the practice is highly recommended by its long-term clients.
Unfortunately we had to put our dog Ralphie at rest and we were so fortunate to have him in the care of Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven. The staff was incredibly supportive, friendly and caring about are needs for Ralphie. The cremation was more than what we expected. Thank you for everything!
We LOVE the Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven. They have been so caring with our pup. They were able to get her in today for a sick visit with no fuss. Marina and Heidi at the desk are friendly, fun and efficient. Bella was our tech for the first time and was wonderful - gentle and reassuring for Dot. Dr. Morgan is amazing - thorough and great at listening and explaining without any hint of condescension. We are grateful for all who work there.
Definitely the best experience with a vet yet! Everyone was very nice and excited to see each pet. The doctor was amazing with my pups and wanted to know all he could to give the best care!
