The Well is such a beautiful space nestled in the heart of New Haven’s Westville neighborhood. From the moment you enter everything and everyone is so warm, lovely, and inviting. I’ve been several times and all of the massage therapists are wonderful, but I have to take a moment and highlight Eboni who is absolutely fabulous!

Had a disappointing experience during my prenatal massage. I wrote on the form before coming in, and as soon as I walked in the massage room, the first thing I said that I have TMJ pain and round ligament pain. That I have trouble walking and I haven’t gone in to work since a week because of the pain. And I even pointed at the areas of the round ligament and TMJ before I got on the table just to make it crystal clear. She worked on other areas and skipped my problem areas. Then when I asked, when are we gonna work on the round ligament? Which is the whole reason i booked the appointment. She said she’s out of time. I have been to this spa/women’s center 2 times for the classic full body hour massage and each time it is truly a wonderful experience to just unwind for an hour and relax. The vibe is very welcome and calm as a women’s center studio should be. Definitely considering the monthly membership.
