My husband and I recently booked a one hour couples massage for our Anniversary and it was the best gift we gave each other! Both massage therapists were outstanding. My therapist used several Tai Chi type stretches in addition to the deep massage and this was something new and very helpful. My husband experienced very thorough deep tissue massage. These ladies were true professionals and we can't wait to go back again!

Have been going for a few months now. Very professional, clean and welcoming facility, very polite desk staff and Meghan is an amazing therapist. I've had a couple of different types of treatments and she's so good that I started booking a regular massage which I've never done before. Very affordable, it's not a luxury, it's self care and preventative medicine.

Highly recommend making a stop here. I truly believe there is something for everyone at Elm City Wellness. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize performance, someone looking for a little relaxation, or just trying to get a gift for someone. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the environment is relaxing and inviting. I'd come here every week if I lived closer!
