“I hired New England Property Pros to replace some rotted out ball valves in my plumbing system and install a freeze-proof outdoor spigot. ?️ Billy and his crew were super professional! Billy came out ahead of the job (since it wasn't an emergency) and pre-planned what he needed in order to fix the issues. He kept in touch with me ahead of our appointment, showed up on time. ⌚ Gave me a couple different prices solutions so I could make a decision based on my budget. His prices were reasonable enough that I went with just opting for the best possible solution because it was still affordable. ? I ended up with good quality valves replaced, an extra shut off valve added for safety and a new spigot that makes it much easier to use my hose and water my garden. They say all HVAC guys and plumbers are grumpy: not the case here. Not only was Billy a kind soul to work with, but being a smaller home - I was able to hear him treat his employees with respect while (like any good boss) he took opportunities during the job to share and discuss their work and mentor them. This is what tradework is about folks: high quality work, clear communication, not price gouging people - acting like a professional. I guess the name New England Property Pros is a description that fits! Will be using them again. ???

“Scheduling left a little to be desired. First installation was rescheduled at the last minute due to unavailable installers. Actual ( second) was on time but electrician wasn’t scheduled and had to be rescheduled for a third date

“For timeliness, these guys were second to none. I called, and they happened to have an opening the very next day. My wife works from home and I was away that day. She felt secure with Andrew and Alex. Their professional and friendly demeanors enabled her to feel safe home alone; and undisturbed for the most part while she worked her job, and they worked theirs. We had sensitivities to stuff coming out of the ducts prior to NAQS's arrival. After their cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts and vents, the atmosphere was markedly improved. The air is significantly cleaner, fresher.I would give them 5 stars, but they had promised pictures, which we haven't ever received. “Jamie goes above and beyond! As new homeowners, we were recommended to him from our realtor and have used him used him for a few small jobs around the house. The reason I am leaving this review though is for helping us with a real emergency last year. We had a sump pump failure around 8pm on a Wednesday night. We honestly didn't know who else to call as our whole basement was flooded. We called Jamie and he come out in no less than 15 minutes. The guy could have been asleep on his couch for all we know, but he didn't even bat an eye. He even brought a new sump pump to install incase we didn't have one. He helped my husband get all the water out of our basement and install the new sump pump. He eased my worries of having to file an insurance claim and my fear that it was worse damage than it was. After all this, I was prepared to pay upwards of $1000 but he charged us a very reasonable price and didn't throw any extra charges in for "emergency services" like some other companies would. We will never use another plumber again and will recommend Jamie and his company to anyone we know. Thanks again Jamie!!!“

“We had a leak from our 43 year old HVAC system that took me awhile to notice. While there wasn’t inches of water, it was enough to soak a portion of the carpeting in my basement. I called Servpro and within a few hours, they had a remediation team at my door. Asim & Claudio vacuumed up the moisture, cut back carpeting, removed padding, and placed humidifiers and fans to dry up the rest. They returned again, this time it was Asim & Chelly, and they cut out some Sheet Rock and took out the remaining carpet, padding, and tackless. They disinfected the area and swept and vacuumed the area. They also placed a plastic barrier in my upstairs living area before pulling up the carpet on the stairs to help keep the dust down. Excellent job and now I am looking forward to working with the Construction crew. Expecting the same excellent service.“

“The best furnace cleaning I have ever had done. The owner happened to come to my house. He used instruments to check how clean it was burning in pipe to chimney several times till he was satisfied and measured my draft. I’ve had 6 or 7 others over the years that never checked these things. Others just changed nozzle and filter a couple quick strokes of the brush and a rag and there done and charge 30% more for 50% less work“
