13492 Bass Pro Dr, Colorado Springs“Just moved here and needed to find a good gym/fitness community. Walked-in to try a free class and walked out with a membership. They even had whiteboards with my name welcoming me ? The staff and the coaches are AMAZING–they bring the energy (and didn’t judge me at all when my stats were not looking so good adjusting to the altitude haha). The coaches will correct form so people won’t injure themselves AND will push me if they know I can go harder. With the screens showing the workouts in basically every modern fitness studio, I’ve noticed instructors will rely on those, but they don’t do that here (the screens are guides, not substitutes for trainers) which I really appreciate. Elle, Olivia, and Mychel are all amazing–highly recommend trying a class with them“

While they each have their own personality, the one thing they have in common is consistency and a great sense of what is needed for me that day. Personalized strength builder. I absolutely feel stronger. If I wasn’t moving I’d be here for life. Thanks for the thoughtful coaching.“

13395 Voyager Pkwy #110, Colorado Springs“This karate dojo has been a great thing for my 10 y.o. son for almost 5 years now. He has learned self-discipline, focus, body control, and built strength and confidence. The senseis work so well with children, teens and adults. A huge thing I noticed when my son was just starting out at the age of 6, was the impact the training had on his ability to show respect to parents, teachers, and any person older than him. Respect is constantly displayed and encouraged, as is discipline that starts at the dojo for training, and has carried over to schoolwork and other extra-curriculars. I am so glad we tried the free class in 2020 when we won it at the farmer's market. I was skeptical, but my son found something he is passionate about and has thrived during the growth physically, mentally and emotionally due to his participation in karate. The tournaments twice a year are fun and a great chance to practice his skills, as well as experience winning and losing. This place has it all, don't hesitate if your kids (or you) are interested in trying karate, this is 100% the right place to start.“
“Would like to leave a review about a sweet, professional and kind lady at the front desk called Nicoel. She helped sign my husband and I, she helped us feel at home. With her genuine smile and kind ways she truly makes a difference. She kindly helped us understand the app, the facilities and the pickle ball classes. We can see she truly loves her job and is happy when she sees clients coming in.
Also the manager Niki is super nice and genuine. I forgot my swimsuit and she promptly helped me find it.
Congratulations to their amazing work. I truly hope management see how great they are and give them promotions. All the best in your endeavors, I hope this reach them.“

“I can't say enough about freedom school. First and foremost the humans that work there are some of the best souls I've met, the kindest people. they care so much and it shows. Kurt is so dedicated to his students and to making sure everyone is seen and heard, he's a great man. My child is not only being active and healthy but he gets to be apart of such a great community of people, and he's learning a lot of great morals.“
