My daughter took the Fight Like A Girl workshop and really enjoyed the class. It was a safe and friendly atmosphere and the instructor was kind and knowledgeable. 5 starts. I would recommend.

I could never say enough good things about the foundation I received at the Freedom School over 20 years ago. The lessons I learned there have been valuable throughout my life, they aren't kidding when they say it's not just kicking and punching. My time there inspired me to pass on a love of martial arts to my son and daughter who have just started their own journeys. I only wish I was back in Colorado so they could receive that same incredible level of instruction that I had. Thanks Kurt.

My son has been training at Freedom for 7 years and absolutely loves it !! It puts a smile on my face to see his confidence and discipline that has been instilled in him because of training he has received by Kurt and his team.

The Freedom School of Martial Arts is a karate school and self-defense training school founded in 1986. Our three foundational rules are: 1) Pay Attention, 2) Work Hard, 3) Be Kind. Children learn focus, fitness, and respect for self and others. Adults in our self-defense program report greater confidence in case of an emergency situation.
