Health Connection Coaching
“Christine knows the body and how to help it! Am so thankful we (hubby & I) have kept up our twice a week exercise sessions with Christine – for over six years now! We get all muscles worked and sessions are changed out every tenth one. We get added exercises and stretches for sore areas. We get special exercises added when planning on attending some event or hard working vacation… certain muscles need the perk! Christine's smiles make each session with her worth it and FUN! Also she never misses an appointment – even in the snow. Geezsssss! 
