I basically live here these days, and why wouldn’t you? It’s called LifeTime for a reason. Gym, fitness classes, cafe, spa, pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam room, basketball and tennis courts, rock climbing, cryotherapy and hydro massage beds, and more! Expensive membership, but you get what you pay for and it’s awesome. Plus, great community and people here

I've heard a lot of good things about Life Time and I can understand why after trying it for the first time today. You could easily spend hours here as they have a gym, spa amenities, a salon, cafe, work space, pool, rock wall, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, tennis courts...it's really amazing how many different services they have to offer! The only downside is the expensive membership and one location in the springs (north of town). I enjoyed all of the equipment, machines and spaces for working out here! The facility was so clean, staff was very friendly and it wasn't crowded at all. It's so nice having a gym where you can feel pampered after your workout. If you're looking for a gym with a lot of extra perks, Life Time is for you.

Excelent customer service, lovely amenities, loads of fitness classes to explore, from what I saw a wide array of weights and cardio machines. For those who have kids, there's a daycare area. Big women's bathroom (assuming same size for the men's as well) with showers, sauna, and steam room. In a separate area there's two jacuzzis, a lap pool, and a leisure pool. This is my third week going and I'm enjoying every minute of it. Truly recommend this place.
