I came across The Exercise Coach in my search for a new fitness facility. When researching The Exercise Coach, I quickly dismissed the innovative concept because of the marketing - except for the amount of time they claimed you could get a full body workout w/PROVEN results in 20 minutes, twice a week. I Love going to the Exercise Coach! It is a great 20 minute workout that helps me stay strong. Each of the employees stays with me during the exercise time to give me pointers that really help. The employees that have worked with me are all kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to Shelby, Lexi, and Ian! I would highly recommend going to the Exercise Coach! Another great thing is that they take our insurance which covers going one time a week! Jan Pollard

All of the staff are super helpful and encouraging. The exercise is incredibly efficient, effective, and intuitive. It's perfect for you if you don't want to spend a bunch of time in the gym and you'll KNOW that it's highly effective and continues to grow with you and challenge you as you get stronger. You DEFINITELY have to try it. You've got nothing to lose!
