I'm so grateful to CF Falcon View for starting me on my crossfit journey. I was totally bummed when F45 Northgate shut down, AND I had so much anxiety about trying crossfit, but the team and the other athletes here helped me ease into the workouts and encouraged me along the way. I'm feeling better and moving better thanks to all the support. Sadly, we moved back East, but I will be continuing with a gym/box out here. Thank you Jodi and crew! If you are worried about crossfit, this is a safe spot to start. JuSt Do iT!

Fabulous gym! Dropped in to a morning class. Jodi, the owner, was helpful getting me set up. Coach Amy led an organized and fun class with great progressions. The community was kind and welcoming. You can’t beat the view of the mountains as you head out the garage door for a run on the trail.

Community, motivation, support, and Family are everything that CFFV represents and why this place is so special to me. In addition to the amazing community CFFV hands down has the best coaches in the fitness community. The coaches keep everyone safe, create a positive environment, encourage, and bring out the best athlete in everyone that that steps into CFFV. If only I could give 5Star ++++++
