All three of my kids LOVED kids CrossFit! Coach Jodi and Sarah are amazing. They did an amazing job teaching the kids and providing fun and challenging workouts! We love kids CrossFit!

The gym is led by owner Jodi and coaches like Amy, who organize fun classes with progressive exercises. The community is friendly and motivating, emphasizing family and support. The facility is very clean and organized, and it offers beautiful mountain views. The gym also cares about Veterans, with Jodi hosting free classes for them on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Many visitors find the gym to be the best they’ve experienced, with expert coaching and a positive atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.

I have been a member of this gym off and on for the past couple of years and would highly recommend CrossFit Falcon View for all fitness levels. The owners Jodi and Sam are fantastic and welcome all their members like family. The coaches truly care about teaching you correct form. They will work with you on modified workouts and weights as needed for you to be at your personal best. The other members are all kind and it has been an encouraging community to be apart of.

Please give this gym a try!! I checked it out a few months ago and I’m HOOKED. I decided back in June to get in shape, and I started working out at home. Worried I’d injure myself without guidance, I wandered over to Falcon view. SO glad I did! Jodi (owner/coach) and her team are amazing! They prioritize injury prevention through individual focused assessment, dynamic warm-ups, thorough instruction on form, and individual correction!
