I think Z UltimateSelf Defense Studios is fine for small children to exercise. I would suggest you read the contract carefully and make sure you understand it it will be followed to the letter. It is also good for mild exercise at a comfortable pace.

I recently met one of the members of this dojo and he help arrange for my daughters and I to have a private introductory class in self defense.Cool casual bonding activity. No, it was more! Nice little waiting room so you aren't standing on the side of a mat lingering awkwardly. Every single member of the class before said hi to us as they left...I mean first of all that says a lot about how friendly the environment is.They are so nice and encouraging. They showed basic moves but by the end we had a whole booty whipping combo and a lot of information. I am young at heart, but late 40s in reality. They were able to deal with all three of our styles. I had some friends that were not able to make it and they rolled with the punches (and kicks)!If I decide to make this my new form of workout, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sensei C works hard at his art and it shows...you can tell he loves what he does and is a great guy to be around as well as learn from ....all his hard work shines in his students ...come here
