I've been with Orangetheory Fitness Northgate for about seven months, and I've finally found the gym I know I can stick with. The coaches are incredibly motivating, as are the frequent fitness challenges the gym has each month, and I love just showing up and being coached without having to plan my workout at all. It's like having a personal trainer but with a bunch of other people that are motivating and cheering you on. I also have found the heart rate monitor to be so helpful in my understanding of what my body feels like when I'm at my max or when I have more to give. Four months in and I can’t say enough about OTF Northgate. Coaches & staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The members are pretty awesome too. If you’re looking for improving your fitness and like to have fun, this is the place. No stuffy gym members here. Down to earth people who care and encourage.

I am completely obsessed and in love with Orange Theory, specifically the Northgate studio. I started August 1st and have lost 16 pounds since, but more importantly, have the best healthy outlet, being a mama of two baby boys! It’s my absolute favorite place to be at 6:15am during the weekdays and helps to start my day off in the most positive way. The coaches are wonderful, the staff is incredible, and the people who make up the rest of OTF are so welcoming and encouraging. Wish I could give a million stars! :)
