“I had a great experience with Shanon during the pandemic. As our gyms were closed, I really needed a highly customized nutrition + fitness program using my at home equipment. Shanon was very accessible to ask questions and texts during the week. I traveled and spent some time in a hotel gym, had to modify my workout at elevation, and had some PT issues with my knee. Shanon was very quick to answer texts to help me accommodate my workout. He has a great way to help you even if you can't get in for personal training by having you take videos and he can give feedback with audio and drawing lines to show better form. This was really key to online training especially when lifting heavy. I am one to have done a ton of different workout styles and have worked with several trainers so I was hesitant to pay for some vanilla type of training but I learned a ton with Shanon that's useful for ongoing maintenance.“

“I went to Total Fitness Colorado after bad experiences at my former gym. I am so impressed with TFC, the atmosphere is totally positive! Coaching staff are great and make adjustments to a workout if you need it. The owners Dominic and Jay are amazing and are there every morning at 6am. The gym is so clean and has great up to date equipment. I highly recommend TFC!!“

Before you dive into training, he does an initial assessment to see whether any corrective exercises are needed to help prevent injury/pain both during workouts and in every day life. He tailors the workouts so they’re consistently challenging, but they’re also never boring. I’ve been working with Josh for over a year, and I’m definitely at my strongest.He’s also a wealth of knowledge and a great resource if you’re looking to complete a triathlon or other event. He encouraged me to sign up for my first sprint triathlon and his advice along the way was invaluable.Overall just great to work with and the results speak for themselves!“

“I have been to emergency rooms, physicians and specialists of all kinds including neurologists, cardiologists, and nutritionists. I've had cat scans, MRIs, stress tests, etc. and continue to get turned away being told I'm fine, clean bill of health... One session with Erin and she was instantly able to provide me tools and training that immediately reduced my pain and improved symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, numbness, tingling, blackout vision, fainting, and panic attacks. Not only is she a true professional who practices what she preaches, but she has the best energy and is always positive and encouraging. “My mom, who is in her 60's, was looking for someone to help her get into better shape. I found Richard's website and asked my mom to give Richard a call. A few months later, my mom has been working out with Richard twice a week and has made significant progress in her fitness level and has lost some weight as well. Richard is really great at challenging my mom during her workout and pushing her to the next level without making her exhausted or really sore. Richard comes to my mom's house and she says that he is always on-time. My mom really likes Richard's upbeat and friendly personality. My mom's workout sessions were going so well that she also convinced my dad to start exercising with Richard. He has been seeing Richard twice a week in the evenings and he also thinks that the training sessions have been good for his fitness.“
