“I have had the privilege of working with Kristy as a private boxing client now for just over a month. Not only is she a true professional who practices what she preaches, but she has the best energy and is always positive and encouraging. Since working with her, my boxing form and technique improve daily, my body has changed for the better, and I am feeling GREAT!! Seriously, working with her for just a month has been a much better experience for both my mind and body than being a member of a big box corporate boxing gym for over 2 years--I know that Kristy is truly in my corner and is teaching me the proper technique to make the most impact without causing immense damage to my body. Plus, I do not have the hip pain and discomfort that I developed at my previous gym. Kristy really took the time to get to know me, my body, my needs, and my goals before we started working together which makes all the difference and I know she has my back every step of the way. “This is the best gym and training in Colorado! Jason Williams is not only a trainer, but also counsels his clients on nutrition and physiology. He changes your life based on simple changes in diet and exercise without any of the overly intense or complicated routines others may suggest just to try to impress. He specially designs training regiments that change based on cadence, your individual fitness goals and does so without pushing too hard. I've been working out in a gym with weights for over 20 years of my life and usually reached some plateau that Jason has now helped me surpass and I feel healthier than ever. Highly recommended.“

“Tyler is a real joy to work with. I've had almost 40 sessions with him thus far and there are multiple things I appreciate about him: He is very knowledgeable and current in understanding exercise physiology; He continually focuses on proper form and breathing; He is constantly varying the routines and adding new exercises; He keeps you accountable for diet; He encourages without the feeling of being judged. Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I'm seeing the results!“

“As a mom of 2 growing athletes, I needed to find something to help them "up their game". A friend of my husband told us about Sterling and his training facility. I called and spoke to Kira. She is amazing, so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She scheduled them for a complementary training session. My boys instantly fell in love with this program. We started with the summer camp, and continued right into the fall and winter camps. The strength, skills, footwork, stamina, speed and endurance that they gained put them into a whole new level of competition in their sports. We have been with Team Speed for over 2 years, and plan to continue with them for many years to come. They now have private training sessions with Coach Mike. He is absolutely amazing, tough, but truly an amazing trainer. I have total trust in Sterling and all of his coaches. It really does not matter the sport, they build a very strong foundation, work on the fundamentals and build from there.They pay close attention to ensure that the excercises are being done absolutely correct to avoid doing them wrong, and the possible injuries that would come from that. Speaking of injuries, these coaches can even navigate through injuries(which both of mine have had to do). Not only is this program strengthening their muscles, it is also strengthening their inner character. The confidence and mental strength my boys have gained is priceless.“
