“One ghosted us and one never followed up and then Thayer came in. They came to our house the SAME DAY when my husband called, gave us a RIGHT PRICE quote and got the JOB DONE flawlessly on time! Now you probably asked why the other companies ghosted us? I do not know why! We needed to replace our water tray as well as heating elements. They both say it was too much work, everything needed to replace, you needed to get a new unit and then we never heard back from them. In this economy, sometimes you only need some components to be replaced so you can save money. Why other company disagreed with that? I am sure you understand why. They do not make money that way! Lucky me, after getting ghosted, I complained with Stuart's wife since she used to be my customer. Stuart is an employee at Thyer Mechanical. His wife asked him couple questions, gave us direct phone number, and we got appointment right away. Here is a thing, they have specialty people work on specific job! Because of this unique skill that each of their employees embarked, our HVAC system got fixed right! Other company said it would take all day with a lot of liabilities to replace the heating element. So what? Travis from Thayer did not say NO to that. He got it done less than 8 hours workday and got it working at first try!

“Chris came out today after my AC had been out for 2 weeks. Another company tried to fix the issue and charged me close to 2k but the unit was not running. We had already diagnosed the problem, which was caused by a prior company incompetent and dangerous motor installation, causing short circuiting and sparking of the motor wires, against the motor mounts. Good quality 5-speed motor installed, and technician cleaned the fan-rotor, solving a vibration problem. Now runs smoothly.“
