Thayer Mechanical was excellent when they took my brothers call Wednesday, March 19, 2025, right when they opened. Our dad and bonus mom had been woken up the night before by their CO2 alarm, the fire department was called and they came out ending up red tagging the boiler that was letting out 1000 ppm of carbon monoxide. Alli was very nice on the phone and said she could get someone out to them between 9:00 am - 11:00 am. We were very grateful for this as we know how hard it is to move things around. Instead of that window of time, Joel Thayer, the Owner of Thayer Mechanical came out to our dad's house immediately and fixed the problem. We are extremely thankful for everyone's prompt response to all of the issues that arose. Joel and Alli we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for Joel coming out himself in such a hurry to make sure everything was fixed and that our dad and bonus mom had heat. We have always loved using Thayer Mechanical for all of our heating and cooling necessities. We will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone that needs a HVAC (Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning) and Refrigeration company. This just goes to show that small family owned businesses are very caring and they put themselves into your situation and then solve it like you are their family.
