These guys have completed several jobs for me. Installing both commercial and residential units and repairing the boiler at my home.They show up on time. The ladies in the office are nice and easy to work with. They send out a text when the crew leaves their shop to let you know they are on their way. In the text is a photo of who to expect at your door. Professional set up that no other company I've encountered goes to the length to do.More than anything else, they are extremely knowledgable with what they do. My furnace humidifier was leaking, so I called Hardcastle and left message. Received a call back early in the morning and had a scheduled service call within 2 hours. Josh showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it promptly. Excellent service. We had some good conversations while he worked. Will definitely call Hardcastle again when needed. Thank you!

Joe Callegari from Hardcastle Plumbing and Heating came out (to Divide) to look at our home humidifier and assessed the situation quickly; which was that a part had been broken. He said that he had the part at the office and would be back to replace that part. True to his word, he came back in a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Joe was very pleasant and took the time to tell me what had gone wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. The charge was very reasonable. I can recommend Hardcastle and Joe without reservation.
