“Marcus & Roman were awesome from start to finish. My new furnace & AC look great! They were both very professional & courteous, friendly as well. They were kind to my request of shoe covers, also laid down floor coverings over the carpet (no shoes in house rule). The systems I purchased are Rheem. They tested both the furnace & AC, both work great. Explained everything (1st time turning on furnace will smell burn (typical on new appliances); explained AC dialed in as much as possible being winter & can adjust if not cold enough come summer; gave advice on temperature settings; type of filter to use, how to clean AC, etc thorough & answered my questions). Also, they relocated my house humidifier & relocated the outlet to boot, kudos to Ridley the electrician. They cleaned up everything & hauled away the old (+/- 23 y/o) broken furnace & replaced same old aged AC which was probably on it’s last leg. Oh & I received a free IWave air cleaner :-]I know this is long but for those who want to continue to read here is how this all started: Monday 0200 furnace died (brrrr 51). Called another company to try & repair to no luck, also gave me quotes on new furnace but way lower kBTU (almost half of what current system so perplexed I was at the math). Contacted Home Depot who then w/in 1 hour Peak Home Performance called. Wayne the sales rep was able to come albeit past closing time, provided several quotes (w/nice discounts which helped a lot being right before Christmas etc), thoroughly explained the systems & what I needed based of sq ft etc, not pushy at all. Even offered space heaters so I wouldn’t freeze which I took him up on the next day as I opted to go with Peak after much research (do your research, read reviews good & bad and consider all angles (Yelp, Google, BBB (what I appreciated was Peak responded to the negative reviews in BBB). Peak also assists w/finance options if needed. At this point in time, happy with my choice for my situation. From beginning to end nothing but professionalism from sales to install, oh and kept me up to date on who was arriving via text & email, good comms.**Hope this review will be helpful for those who took the time to read**“

“We used Tommy about 5-6 years ago to replace our furnace and he did an excellent job. Last summer, we had a lightning strike close to the house that messed up a lot of things, and the furnace was one of them, which we just discovered recently with the cold snap.
