“Air Tech Mechanical came through for us in a big way.
Hunter was the technician who handled the job, and he was outstanding. Experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. This was not a quick look-and-quote-the-replacement type of visit. He took the unit apart, diagnosed what was actually happening, cleaned the condenser properly, replaced failed components, checked the wiring, and saw the job all the way through.

He came out same-day, got the system cooling again, and likely saved us from a much larger and unnecessary replacement expense.

I really respect technicians who take pride in the work and put in the actual time instead of rushing the job or trying to make a quick buck. Hunter did exactly that.
