Tech (Alex) was on time, friendly, efficient, and thorough He explained each aspect of the work he was doing, as well as providing several helpful recommendations going forward. Rocky Mountain Climate was on time and kept me informed of when they would arrive. They also gave me opportunities to ask questions before their arrival thru text messaging. Very professional company to work with. Alex was very polite and informative.

We were/are so very happy with Rocky Mtn Climate!! We have been using them for smaller things, just to check the furnace and AC once or twice a year to make sure everything is okay. We'll as luck would have it, being almost 20 years old, we finally needed a new AC unit. Every one at Rocky Mtn Climate worked together and took care of us in 1 day. They are very reasonable, reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and walked us through everything.
