Nick came out first & educated on different options for furnace and a/c, how they work, different efficiencies, and how important it is to get the right one for your home related to your homes size and heating/cooling needs..he did the most excellent job of answering my questions, talking to me at my level r/t not knowing much about this topic, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard and understood the Information
