Through the years, I have had a great experience with Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning. I still remember the very first time I called them. They were able to talk me through how to repair my own furnace over the telephone, which saved me the cost of a house call from a technician. There was one year where they could not talk me through it, as it was more complicated because they had to replace parts. At that point, they sent a technician out to my house. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wore a facemask and also slipped on shoe protectors. Previously used Bergs for a second opinion on my parents furnace and was impressed by how thorough and honest this owner is. So when my brand new furnace in our new build went out, and we couldn’t get ahold of the builder. I knew exactly who to call. Brent is very thorough and was able to pinpoint a blown fuse and some incorrect wiring that caused the problem. Trustworthy, reliable and efficient. I will never use anyone else.
