Jonathan was a life saver! After other companies failed to fix our cooling problem, Jonathan was here and fixed it in a day! It truly shined a light on how professional and knowledgeable he is, as well as efficient in execution! Undoubtably he deserves a raise and recognition! On Tuesday January 5th we had the privilege of having Omar respond to our house on a some what emergency call. We had no furnace all day and the house was getting cooler by the minute. Omar responded with in half an hour after our call. Omar was a perfect gentleman. He went under the house and found the problem very quickly. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew what he had to do. He went to the warehouse and got a new motor and returned quickly as darkness was approaching. Our furnace decided to quit working on a cold windy day. Called Advantage and they sent a technician as soon as they could. Omar showed up early and did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and getting the furnace fixed. Great job!!
