They are just wonderful to work with, especially Josh, who really knows his stuff!! Have worked with them years ago, bought an older house last year and had them replace the ac, then furnace. it is a big job when you go from a 4 ton to a 5 ton due to the air flow you need! I would not call anyone else but them!! They work soooo hard!!

We had some unique circumstances and CCP was able to help us work through everything. The admin team (Laura and Sally) are amazing! I didn’t realize it was one of the owners, Josh, who came to take some measurements—it was obvious he cares about his employees from our interaction. Charlie explained everything to us and showed us the facts to back his recommendations on the spot (while what he said made sense and we had no doubts, his willingness to transparently back up his recommendations was appreciated). I have never had the level of professionalism in any industry that I experienced with Charlie from CCP. From the get go, he carefully listened to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing with my AC unit, and then he carefully explained every aspect of what was wrong while he was repairing it. I've never learned so much about AC in my life!! An absolute professional in his field and great person as well. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of someone they can trust.
