“I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life. The key was the core exercise that he helped me understand. Now I can do almost any exercise. It changed my life. I work out 4 days per week and have no intention of stopping.
