Just wanted to give Liz and Broderick a shout-out for helping my son’s soccer team get ready for the season! The morning work-out sessions helped prepare them to do the work and get back into the head-space for it. I also think the morning sessions helped bring the team together and it just might help them get ready to wake up in time for school next week 🤞😆
Liz and Broderick from Nutri-Fit hosted a 5-day fitness camp for my sons’ high school soccer team, and by all accounts, they did an excellent job with the boys. My two sons said the sessions were pretty intense, but in a positive way, and that the training made them feel faster, stronger, and more agile by the end of the week. They also mentioned really enjoying the structure of the classes, especially the “challenge” at the end of each session.
