PT Josh has been amazing. Our son has been training with him this past hockey season. We have noticed a significant improvement in strength, overall physical presence on the ice. Josh is easy to work with, and connecting the training to in sport goals. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed my time at IMPACT Sports! We went to a Yoga class but realized they have so much more to offer...weights, massage therapy, laser treatments and group fitness classes! The Yoga Flow class was fun and engaging! Would recommend checking out IMPACT in the future, what a nice gem to have inside of Sports Stable, the team, experience and facilities are great!
