I have tried multiple gym memberships over the years and never truly felt comfortable at one, but it’s been a completely different experience here. Jennifer, Patrick, Rachael, and Brad are all amazing; they are so friendly, personable, supportive, and fun! I love that they cater to all fitness levels, including beginners - I have really appreciated being eased into things and receiving personalized programming. I also like the touchpoints along the way, such as athlete check-ins and programming calls. They are also so sweet to their members; for example, it was my birthday recently, and I loved the birthday board upfront and the personalized, handwritten card with confetti they mailed to me! Those kinds of little touches make an already amazing experience here even better.
My absolute favorite thing is that it’s clear that they genuinely care and have a true passion for helping people meet their goals. “I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life.
