We absolutely love this F45 gym! We’ve been going since it opened a couple years ago and it’s literally been life changing. The owner, Sara, is so sweet and kind and did a great job handling Covid, going above and beyond to make sure we could keep training and also stay safe. The trainers are fantastic and super helpful, the community is incredible (we’ve met a ton of new friends!), and the workouts are fun, but also tough. We love the HIIT format.
