“Fantastic service! Quick responses, easy to work with, and I didn’t have to wait forever to get an appointment either. Excellent service all around and I really appreciated how he took the time to explain to me what he was doing to my car, and made sure to set all expectations ahead of time .I had some scratches on the side of the car and some scuff marks. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and can’t even tell there was an issue to begin with!Excellent experience and I would highly recommend!“

“This is the best gym I have ever gone to. The trainers always make sure you are having your best day. There is a wide variety of folks that come to this gym. Some are athletes training for their own competitive sport, others are just trying to improve their fitness, and everyone works together in classes to cheer each other on to victory at whatever stage of fitness they are at. The personal trainers are amazing. The owners, Jen and Courtney, are kind, expert at their craft, and I feel fortunate to know them. I could not recommend this gym more for wherever you are in your fitness journey.“

“I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“

“I have worked with many of the trainers at NutriFit and they’re all amazing! I have worked with them on specific areas of weakness and also areas where I can’t get muscles to fire correctly and they have been able to help me. Natalie has also been able to provide me nutritional advice to support my workouts which is huge. The environment in the gym is excellent because you always feel welcome and like everyone is there to build themselves up. There is 0 judgement. I’d highly recommend NutriFit to everyone, from people who have been in the gym all their lives to people who are just getting started and are looking for a supportive community!“

“Scott has given my husband and me excellent personal training over the past few months. We've loved working with him and our strength and nutrition have leveled up dramatically in just three months. I came to Scott after reading the book Outlive last year by Dr. Peter Attia, and I wanted to work on improving my health and longevity. Strength training has given me the health outcomes I wanted. I'm seeing improvement across my weight, muscle mass, energy levels, and general health, and I can't wait to see what more it does for me over time. Coaching with Scott has given us consistency, and we enjoy doing it together as a couple and staying consistent together with partner training. Scott has a great focus on form and the basics, and I know I'm improving in technique over time. I'd highly recommend working with Scott if you're able to.“

“I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life. The key was the core exercise that he helped me understand. Now I can do almost any exercise. It changed my life. I work out 4 days per week and have no intention of stopping. His program can help anyone with any level of fitness. He changes the workouts daily and tailors them to your needs. The investment in my health has been worth it. Check it out.
