Life Time Westminster is a comprehensive athletic country club that offers a wide range of facilities and services. The expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, and various recreational spaces, including basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools, cater to diverse fitness needs. The staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond, especially in the childcare center. The location can get busy, especially during summer months, and sales representatives may be aggressive, but the facilities are generally clean and well-maintained. Members appreciate the quality trainers and the high standards of cleanliness in the lockers, gym, and pools. The outdoor pool and Life Cafe add to the amenities, making it a popular choice despite the higher price point. Some members feel the value is worth the cost because of the friendly staff, helpful trainers, and the consistently clean environment. Overall, it remains a top option for those seeking a well-maintained and friendly fitness community.

For one, the bathrooms in the men’s locker room are FILTHY and run down. Comically bad for a Life Time Fitness location.
Second, the sauna in the men’s locker room is a complete joke. I could sit in it for hours and not break a sweat. For a room of its size the temperature should be at least 190. You’ll be lucky to see it at 175 at this location, if that’s even accurate (I believe it reads significantly higher than it actually is.) I BEG OF YOU TO PLEASE INCREASE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE MEN’S LOCKER… read full review

I had such an incredible experience here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, making me feel right at home. The facilities were spotless and everything was so well-maintained, which is honestly hard to find. It was the perfect spot to get some work done and find some focus for my day. I'll definitely be coming back again soon.
