I had an ancient thermostat installed in the 1960s, working with a community boiler and chiller system, and Deri successfully replaced the thermostat with a modern model after basically having to work out the wiring from scratch. “Excellent company and superior service by Juan Nunez! I called Sveagle Plumbing because my water heater had stopped working. Juan came out the same day and determined it needed to be replaced, and also pointed out the rust on my copper piping from the shut-off valve. I appreciated that he didnt say the piping had to be replaced right-away, but said to keep an eye on it for leaks. I went ahead and had him replace that, too. I was provided with two estimates based on what size of water heater I wanted. Juan was very professional and competent! He started work right away and came back the next day to finish the water heater. It took another day to finish the piping, but that was due to getting the outside water turned off my the water company. I highly recommend this company.“

“I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again. All three of the technicians were incredibly professional, took time to explain what was happening, and worked quickly to get our AC unit back up and running. I also appreciated that all three of them, but especially Ray, were upfront about costs and worked hard to find us the cheapest solution to the problem. Other HVAC techs we've worked with have tried to upsell solutions we don't need. Greatly appreciate the honesty and customer service provided. I was able to handle everything over the phone without needing an additional in-person quote with a number of upcharges. I spoke to a gentleman who walked me through options by seeing pictures of my setup and was extremely knowledgable on what was necessary to ensure I was getting the correct humidifier for my home. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to the others and was not full of hidden charges. When I called, they were able to get an appointment set up within a week. “I manage several properties and whenever I have an HVAC issue the first call I make is to Tobin. I've used their services several times over the past years and I always receive outstanding customer care, including a quick callback, prompt service, excellent work and all at a fair price. And most importantly they are very ethical, and as a property manager I deal with a lot of people in the various trades and sadly that is not always the case. Most recently (January 2024) I had a furnace go cold in a triplex. I called Tobin and was promptly called back, and a technician was scheduled for the following morning. (I've dealt with several of their technicians over the years, and all have been excellent.). On this occasion, the responding technician, Austin, lived up to Tobin's high standards. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and clearly committed to providing the best service possible. He quickly determined the problem (a blown motherboard), obtained the proper part and had the heat up and running in a few hours. While there I asked him to install a smart thermostat which required running new wire to the furnace. He agreed to do it and although it turned into a bigger job than anticipated (through no fault of his) he stuck with it and was able to successfully get the thermostat installed. And because of the complications that arose the job took longer than anticipated, but Tobin stayed true to their original estimate. I will continue to use Tobin for all my HVAC needs at the properties I manage (and my own home.) I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!“
