I have been a member of Rox Heating and Air's Priority Comfort Club for my HVAC maintenance and have always received excellent service. However, my recent full-system replacement truly showed what they are made of.
Originally, there were some compatibility issues because the furnace and coil came from different manufacturers, which led to concerns regarding the installation quality. Was very pleased with the overall experience. Individuals who showed up my house, were respectful and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. They also explained the system and showed me everything I needed to do very well also really liked the sales. People didn’t feel pressured at all.
Garrison of Rox Heating and Air performed excellent service. Garrison was punctual, diagnosed our issue and provided several options. Our AC was up and running within a couple of hours.
