This team was professional was from start to finish! They helped us figure out the best solution for our home since we will be adding solar. And then they showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was done right. We were impressed with the large team that showed up and went to work, efficiently ripping out the old and installing the new in a short time. I highly recommend Elkhorn, my house has never been so comfortable. They were the only company that had a solution to make my 2nd floor livable. All of the employees were polite and left my house clean.
We had an intermittent issue with our furnace air cleaner shutting down the HVAC system. The company that did the installation couldn't be bothered to diagnosis the problem. Kimberly at Elkhorn was able to diagnosis it over the phone and narrow the problem down to a few possibilities. Joe was the technician that came to our house. He was able to resolve the problem and replace the part. Great to work with a company that cares about helping their customers!
