Our furnace had an issue last week. Base on it's symptoms my husband guessed it was the motor. We contacted Paradise based on these reviews and are pleased to say we agree this is a good company to work with. Manual came out the same day and found the motor needed replacement. He quoted a price to replace the motor and then we discussed it being time to get anew furnace given ours was 60 yrs old. Especially given our new insurance company is planning to do an interior inspection. Manual assessed our unique install needs, determined they had a replacement that would fit. John at Paradise is a great guy and the work they did was fantastic. We had a heat pump installed and John took the time to evaluate what the final cost would be compared to a regular A/C. Can't imagine many other companies would go to this length. The unit is great and the work was done well.
Steve and his team are honest guys. I own an asbestos removal company and they sometimes call to get Asbestos off the ducting. They are always upfront with the client and we just roll right on ahead of steve and his team. I've been meaning to give a review for this company for a long time now. Good guys.
