Just had Tami do a pedicure for me, first off the pedicure was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. She worked on getting my ingrown toe nails out and removed and completely took her time on me even though everyone had gone home for the evening. I can in about 65 mins prior to closing but they had a few clients they were working on. She gave me a very thorough foot rub and made sure I was happy with the white tip and the size of it along with the pink underlay. She was very nice and this was definitely a great experience and will be back. Thank you Tami for a very nice relaxing pedicure where I wasn't feeling rushed!
Sullivan Party Rentals has amazing customer service! Quick responses with messaging was appreciated, but even more importantly, they were so kind. We ordered rentals for a baby shower, but then the baby was born early so we needed to postpone the shower. Sullivan Rentals was so accommodating. The day of the actual event, we had a small miscommunication, but again Sullivan Rentals moved quickly and made things right. We'd use them again and recommend them again and again! Thank you.

We needed welding repair for our driveway gate and chain replacement for the motor. The technician showed up to inspect the repair needed and gave us a great deal to do the job. Nanette worked her butt off here. We had only lived here for 4 months but with 2 cats and 2 dogs, fur makes its way into unknown crevices. She had to roll with company policy for a first time service but time ran out. She did great cleaning with dusting and the kitchen sparkled. The floors left more to be desired as it’s mostly laminate and needed to be thoroughly mopped. She just ran out of time. For the work she did she did it well and I will more than likely call them again.

We have had a slow drip in the bathtub. I knew how to fix it. But I didn't want to do it myself because I am looking for a plumber because I bought a house 3 years ago. This job was a trial run to find an honest plumber to tackle the bigger jobs that will require a professional. So I called around and was surprised, (but not surprised) that many refused to give quotes over the phone but wanted to come and diagnose the issue. I was quoted $475, $975 and $1275 (that one one even told me they needed to cut through my drywall in my garage to fix it.)
I had found another plumber and scheduled them, but John called me back and during our conversation he explained that he had over 20 years of experience, he was licensed, bonded and insured, and that he was local and familiar with the build of many houses in the area. I cancelled that other plumber.
He communicated before coming, came on time and fixed it. No more drips!
I really appreciated his expertise, his demeanor, professionalism, and also the ideas he pitched for my bathrooms. Looking forward to working with him again.

Roxanne did my hair and it was a very lovely experience I will definitely be going back more. Everyone had a wonderful attitude and was very welcoming. It was my first time having my hair cut and styled and Roxanne did wonderfully asking how I wanted my hair and made sure to check with me while cutting what length I thought was good and if my hair flowed how I wanted it to. I'm definitely going back to do my color next.

My son has fine hair with many cowlicks, making it tricky to find a good barber. We've visited several barbers, but none can cut his hair as well as Orlando. He does an amazing job! Orlando is very friendly and makes us feel like part of the family. There's also a barber named Mike at the shop who, although he hasn't cut my son's hair, is always kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this barber shop for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

Cassidy spray tanned me for my baby shower! I was almost 8 months pregnant and concerned about finding a safe solution and I was so pleased to find out that she carries an organic line that I felt comfortable using! The spray tan was great, went on smoothly, and developed beautifully! It looked so natural and I will definitely use her services for my next spray.

I’m absolutely In Love with My Hair every time. Kari Scott is amazing. I’ve been getting my hair done here by her for 16 years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Not only is she the best hair stylist and color specialist she is also like a built in therapist as well. I feel like a beautiful new woman once I leave her chair. She’s so fun to talk to and she had her adorable baby puppy with her today which was a wonderful treat. I highly recommend her. She’s also a specialist in curly hair which is hard to find.

Love coming to Elizabeth! She always makes me feel so gorgeous and makes MEN and women compliment my eyelashes after I get them. She's super sweet and makes you feel comfortable while working on your lashes. She does a bunch of other things like hair as well but I haven't gone for that yet. But I totally recommend going for some lashes! Plus she gives you a little after care set for your first time and it works like magic !
I'm always skeptical about trying new eyebrow places, but she was probably the best person I've ever been to! If you're thinking about trying a new place definitely come here!

Chris and his staff were at my place within 15 minutes of my call. And this was after normal business hours! He had the problem resolved we thought within a half an hour. The problem turned out to be worse than originally thought. Chris came back out the next day and did extra work to resolve the problem and didn't charge extra for that! I would thoroughly recommend him for any plumbing job. He stands behind his company and staff. This is so rare anymore that I can barely believe it!

I’m happy to write a glowing review for the father and son team. They were fast, efficient, and very personable. I felt comfortable having them in my home doing electrical repair. Brad is really cool and awesome guy. Friendly too. He replaced my outlet for my ac because the voltage was too low. The best of the best! Astounding skill, quality, and service. Our carpets were nasty to the point I wanted to rip them all out. We called them as a last ditch effort. They gave them new life making them feel fresh, clean, and new. Customers for life here, and we will not wait so long to call next time.
So it's been about three years since I had my couches cleaned. I called a few different places. Maybe about 6-8 places. He has a new customer price for the first time clean. He was very honest, he inspected my couches through photos, and when he got here, he was again honest and said it was a little worse than he expected.The photos didn't show how bad they were. I told him that I completely understood, but I still would like to go through with the cleaning service. He said he would do his absolute best, and the service was professional and amazing. Eli was kind and professional. He accepted different types of payment methods, so that really helped me. He informed me that since the couches were wet, there may be some stains that might lift to visibility when they were dry. I love his honesty and transparency with me. For a small extra price, the couches even got a treatment. I can't remember the name of it, but I do believe it's a scotch guard of some sort. When the couch had dried, they were absolutely beautiful. They are very old couches and he got much more stains out then I think he even expected. They are soft and they don't have any type of smell. Now, I didn't have any pet stains on the couches. It was just things from kids like spilled drinks and fallen food etc. There was no ink or paint or nail polish of any sort. The couches are also very soft. Now, because of their age, I didn't expect them to look brand new, but to me, they now look new. They are very comfortable and one of my main concerns was having dust and dead skin lifted out of them for my children and their allergies. These couches are not only clean, but they have a more clean and healthy feel to them. I will absolutely be using these services again when it's time to do some bedroom carpets. I really do love his prices.They are almost unbeatable. I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you so much. You really have changed the look and feel in our living room. We all appreciate you here at our home.

Jake and his colleague were very helpful in cleaning up a water leak at my house that had permeated the carpet and was close to turning into an expensive and involved repair.

I’m not sure where the last review went? Yes I love my floors and I had a positive experience all around. Dave and Tom are an excellent team. The floor installers were clean and helpful. I had big heavy furniture and they used sliders and moved it from side to side as needed.

Chad did a great job repairing under mobile home he did a foundation inspection and repairs and a relevel. We needed this finished before escrow closed so he and his crew came on a Saturday and did the work. We needed the report of repairs before Monday by 9:00am he gave it by 7:00am. This review is long overdue. American Eagle did a major remodeling on my house last year (moved 2 walls, gutted 2 bathrooms, kitchen improvements, living room beams & fireplace improvements, electrical, painting, & more). They did a wonderful job, were great to work with, & even suggested numerous places where I could save money on the job. Overall cost reasonable, ethical, & on time. This year I've already contracted them to do an extension onto my house with an extra bedroom & bath after having such a good experience with them last time. I've had bad experiences with contractors and American Eagle is terrific. Highly recommended.

Craig and Jason are our dream team! They did our landscaping, sod, drip lines, sprinklers & valves -front and back. We asked for drought resistant, frost resistant low maintenance plants and Craig ran with it. He even put in decomposed granite and sealed it. It’s better than I could’ve imagined. These guys work- they are dependable, responsive, clean, were here every week day until the job was done and even came back to check on how things were running and looking. I’m so happy, we have a little more work we’d like done and he is the ONLY one we’ll be calling!!! Thank you Craig for completing our back yard and giving us a little slice of heaven!
I have worked with Dominguez & Sons for over 10 years now. They have done work at my home, my in-laws house, and my office. I cannot understand how anyone could give this company a one star review. I think it's unfair and clearly doesn't reflect the quality of their work. And I've hired a lot of absolutely terrible landscapers in Redlands. Landscapers that have stolen, cheated, lied, overcharged, done shoddy terrible work and generally treated me as a homeowner with great disrespect. This company is anything but that ,in fact, they make landscaping companies look good. From what I read here, the one star reviews aren't based on quality of work at all, they're based on requesting designs or knowledge of codes neither of which reflects anything substantive regarding the kind of work they do. First of all, let me say, this is a landscape company, and I use landscape architects to design things first, and they implement things exactly to plan. But if something in the plan is not practical or is going to create a problem, they make sure to communicate that before hand. So to expect them to be designers is not what they do. Regarding codes and city requirements, they were very knowledgeable in my town, so not really sure what the complaint would be in that area, since I never had a problem once. They knew more about the city requirements for the landscaping work at my office than any other company my GC had consulted. For example, there was a call out for soil studies to be done and there is a very specific protocol for the installation of Netafim tubing which most landscapers don't understand how to do. Rob did this perfectly. Our subterranean lawn irrigation is looking beautiful more than a year later, and Rob comes out regularly to make sure the plants are doing well and watered appropriately. They give good advice when it comes to irrigation control, they maintain the equipment and replace faulty things without a fuss, we debated whether not to have above ground or below ground solenoids, for example. We had multiple backflows installed, they used quality parts. They build things to last. They also have the ability to do rock work and other more complex landscape design. They show up on time, stick with the schedule and get the work done as promised. They also worked well with my other subcontractors and coordinated things so that there was little hassle for me. If you want quality and professional work, built to last and with a highly responsive team, they definitely have my highest recommendation.

This is Buck (my lab) and I’s favorite place! Friendly and helpful staff, very nice and clean hotel, skilled groomers and great care all around. Loved it and will definitely be coming back to spend my money here.

Just left relaxing touch massage and received the best massage I have ever had. My girl friend and I found this gem after scrolling through Yelp and were pleasantly surprised with the amazing massages we got. From the time we got there we received excellent customer service. The business is very clean and peaceful from the time you walk in and relaxing music filled the room for our 90 minute couples massage for $190, again worth every penny! Our masseuse was Lee and Ella who did an amazing job at rubbing out all of our knots. For the couples massage they give you the option of a joint room or separate and it consists of a full body massage with essential oils and hot stones. We definitely will be back soon.
